Currently, the city of Borodyanka is one of the most destroyed cities in the Kiev region. Locals say planes came in and fired at rockets from low altitudes in the early days of the war. In the city, 8 high-rise buildings were completely destroyed, 32 houses were partially damaged.

“Private houses have been destroyed in our community – about 500 houses have been completely destroyed. About 450 more private houses have been partially destroyed or damaged,” said Borodyanka Mayor Georgy Yerko.
